Presents weekly due diligence findings for potential portfolio companies to senior management.
Drafts and Revises “LP Reports” given to the firm’s limited partners in order to authorize investment decisions.
Draft and evaluate company value to create sourcing lists accumulating potential high value opportunities startups to contact
Conduct calls with potential investments to discuss monetization strategy, team expertise, product value, and other ket investment value metrics

Create Excel graphs comparing and contrasting Quantitative and Qualitative charactersistics of Prime Group Operated Comp Units versus Competing Comp Units
Input and Fill out Utilities Accounts through the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power
Visit and Tour Competing Comp Units to evaluate Competing Units Marketable Pros and Cons
Investigate Consumer to Consumer Bedroom rental services (Airbnb, Vacation Share, VRBO, etc.) to locate Tenants breaking Resident Contractual Obligations and file Reports of Misconduct
